Alice helped us with the problem we were expecting in our support solution. However, the guide for installing a new license on YubiKey was insufficient. That guide should also include instructions on first deleting the existing information in slot 9a and then generating a new one.
5 stars for Kervin S at SSL.com. He handled our Azure Key Vault code signing certificate attestation and this year's renewal, and both went flawlessly. He answered every question clearly - including how the renewal flow works with key/CSR reuse - proactively chased the engineering team when our production timeline was tight, and sent clear step-by-step instructions with screenshots for merging the certificate into our Key Vault. Everything worked on the first try, both times. Responsive, patient, and knows the Azure HSM process cold. Ask for Kervin - highly recommended.
We ordered our code-signing certificate three years ago, and the process was fast and smooth. For the renewal, we ran into a couple of minor issues, but Ken from support was very responsive and helped resolve everything quickly. Overall, it’s been a consistently positive experience.

The process is simple enough, but it could be more clear. One suggestion I would offer would be to provide the upload example details on the file upload page, they are not visible until after you make the upload and submit the form. That one change would have made the process much easier. I was struggling and needed help, and Junalyn from Customer Service reached out and helped me close the gaps in my submission. Good job SSL
Beware!! This company lists yearly plans, but totally overcharges when code signing multiple DLL. Watch out!! Rip off!
