Jeff was excellent walking me through the attestation process. My issue withe the process was patience, not understanding the amount of time necessary for the cert to be issued since the guide did not state how long the waiting period could be. Jeff got me to the solution. I just wish I hadn’t wasted $379 on a Yubikey from ssl.com when it’s only $95 from Yubico direct.
The first ticked was closed before the issue was resolved completely, so I had to open a new one. This time a different agent was in charge (Allen) and after some initial back and forth, we were able to proceed and resolve the issue in the end. Allen provided useful information, answered questions. Not sure how much in mattered, that before 2 weeks were wasted because of the useless AI bot, but Allen helped to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks!

My Personal ID Code Signing order had been queued for a week because my Italian ID and passport do not display a full address. Ken immediately took ownership of the issue and was incredibly helpful.He was proactive, patient, and helped me set up a clear Plan A and Plan B. When my newly created DUNS profile wouldn't sync, he immediately offered a workaround by sending a complimentary verification postcard to my address in Spain, even helping me correctly abbreviate the street name so it would fit the system.
