2 weeks no certificate, no support

It's been 2 weeks now since we are trying to get a certificate for the company in the UAE. Ssl is using their outdated systems that hold our old DUNS phone number. This is already stupid. Duns is self reported nonsense system no one relies on in the uae. Instead they refuse to use official information and phone numbers from the trade license that can be freely checked on official UAE databases online. This cause the team members of ssl to not approve us based on the failed phone number. Instead they continued calling an Individual! On a wrong phone number. The support (Ken) you have to wait for 1 hour! And then they have no idea how businesses are validates in the UAE! Use a ton of other options and avoid this one to save energy and your nerves.
