Lina helped me change my secret answer because I couldn't remember if I'd entered the correct capitalization. I was very worried about this, but luckily Lina didn't ask for much proof; all I needed to do was enter what I remembered as the answer, and she helped me change the question and answer. This reassured me about the security of my account.

Server down again. Our server with Stablehost has been down twice in the last months and no notice or warning message ever. In their 'Server Status' page it always shows 100% UPserver what is definitely not true. In 2026 4tres, our local web services company, charged us 150% the price we used to pay for the same service last year (they say StableHost increased their rates). We have just told them to move to a new reliable host ASAP. We're paying more and have extra problems that take looong to get solved. 100% Not recommended!
Hello, I'm sorry for hear that! Are you sure you are referring to StableHost? We only had once incident on the weekend and it was definitely included at our Status Page: https://status.stablehost.com/incidents/b49427bcg1q1 Maybe you were looking into a different provider, it was a general network outage out of our control that took less than 2 hours to be solved. This not only affected our servers but rather a numerous amount of other providers under the same situation.
Mayur was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved. My site was back online in no time.
I have spoken to customer service multiple times over the years and I am really glad to say that they have gotten better and better with time. I recently had to change some settings which I could not access from cPanel myself. I reached out to them during odd hours and they fixed my issue within 5 to 10 minutes max. Great hosting platform with good customer suport! Everything from their billing cycle, pricing and customer support is great. While they use AI for basic question and answers, you can get in touch with a human quite fast and they are understanding of your problems. Lina in their billing and customer department is a great person and very understanding!
