I've been a customer with Stablehost for many years. Following a server migration I experienced a problem receiving my email. A quick email to technical support resulted in a timely response from Vasil who provided me with the information I needed to resolve the issue straight away. This is indicative of the great service I always receive.

I am staying with this host for many years and I am very reassured by their support which is really fast and helpful. This host is also reasonably priced which makes them really attactive for a budget users. This, however, may change soon as far as I know. But I am very happy with their support. This is the most important for me. In particular, one of the operatives on duty today Dattatray was lightspeed to recover my site. God bless!

I've been using stablehost on and off for about 10 years now; they provide great service and are a competent provider that meets my needs. I just had a great, live interaction (in 10 seconds) with Vasil, who helped me update website pointers with no AI fluff. They're not perfect (the autobilling keeps bumping me out), but if that's their only flaw, I'll take it.
Bhushan was really helpful -- was able to efficiently make an update to my site that I couldn't figure out myself. I also appreciate that Bhushan was patient with me when I accidentally provided the wrong URL.

I have been hosting mine and my client's websites on Stablehost for many years and in the past I've had good experiences with support. Recently while transferring a clients website to their own account I have learned that support has gone seriously downhill. What should have been quick spanned 6 hours with me on chat, having to ask periodically for updates as the support person didn't provide any updates, details on what was happening or any communication at all. After the transfer the website has more than once been redirected to some random URL, and my client can't access their email. Both him and I have spent several ours on chat with the same experience - being left on read for 30 - 40 minutes at a time, and IF any issue is resolved, receiving no explanation as to what happened or how to ensure it won't happen again. My client is still unable to access his email and is moving to another host. With how terrible the support has been I am seriously considering moving my own hosting and will never recommend Stablehost again. There is also no number to call or no way to give feedback on the support.
