I have used many hosting service providers, and one of StableHost’s strongest advantages is its excellent support. Their team is always helpful and can assist with configuring the website, MySQL, and email services. I would especially like to mention Mayur, who provided clear guidance and reliable support.
Overpriced & underresourced.
I was a long term stablehost customer. I liked their service and support okay, but they had massive price increases over the years and really over-allocated their resources i.e. slow vps'. After some back and forth with customer service, I decided to leave. And honestly, after decades of the same thing happening with managed hosting providers, I decided to learn how to manage my own server. It was a bit of a learning curve, but I created a stable, secure, fast, portable way of doing things that has saved me thousands of dollars so far.
Fast reliable service and with fantastic support
Fast reliable service and with fantastic 24/7 support which is a real deal. Although the increased the price 3-fold lately I decided to stay with Stable host. Thanks Hemant for my WP memory struggle today

I've been using Stablehost for years now. They support is the best. Whenever I have any problems, they fix it immediately. Vasil is a life saver. Very knowledgeable. Got my site up in running in just minutes from a 403 error when I've been trying to fix it myself for 2 days using Google searches and Youtube videos

Over a decade and counting
I have been a customer with Stablehost for over a decade. It is rare that I need to open a support ticket. When I do they are resolved in quick time. Recently, I had issue with subdomains which was quickly resolved minutes after opening the ticket thanks to Vasil. Here's to a decade more.
