This constellation is visible from Australia approximately from December to June, so visibility depends on the time of year and observing conditions. If you'd prefer a star that's visible year-round from your location, we'd be happy to help. We can still change the constellation for you, we have contacted you via email. We want to make sure you can enjoy your star registration to the fullest.

I paid for a highly visible star in ursa major, I got a fairly bright star above Alioth in the handle of the big dipper ,I was hoping for something brighter

Hello Ann, Thank you for your review. After checking our records, it appears that your order included only physical items and did not include a star registration. Since no star was registered, there were no registration documents or certificates to provide beyond the items that were ordered.
My best friends lost their son last year. They were off to do a trip through Australian outback over his first birthday without him, I wanted him to be up there looking down on them, the sky was so clear, they saw him every night...I am so happy I gave this to them, and he is up there now whenever they need him.

Somewhere many years ago I read about the Star Registry. At the time my sister-in-law was dying of cancer. I wanted to stay close to her and registered her name to be able to see a star with her name on it. Lately, a good friend passed away and I registered her name also for the same reason. It was easy to do both and received the star's number immediately. It couldn't be easier to use.

I think being able to name a star thats yours forever is a wonderful idea. The process was very easy. My star is named as a memorial, it is helping myself and my children through our grieving process just knowing where to look when we want to talk to our loved one.

I would give zero stars if I could. After researching several companies, I unfortunately chose this one to purchase a star registry as a gift for a friend. I selected the option to print the certificate myself, expecting to receive a file that could be easily taken to a local print shop. While I did receive the PDF, I quickly discovered that it could not be uploaded for printing because the file formatting had not been set up correctly. As a customer, I should not be expected to troubleshoot or repair a product I’ve paid for. When I contacted customer service, my concerns were dismissed, and I was simply told that the format is what they use for printing. This response was unhelpful and failed to address the issue. It left me feeling as though the self-print option was not genuinely usable and may be designed to encourage customers to spend more money on additional printing services. I have since requested a refund and have received no response. The lack of support and communication has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

This would have been a 5 star experience, however. When my package arrived the certificates were bent. I think better solid packaging would have been better considering they are shipped worldwide wide
