Impressing my grandson is impossible. I hoped buying him a star for his high school graduation just may finally impress him and it did. He even smiled! The website was easy to navigate, the certificate and map showing where his star was located were impressive.

Hello Julie,
Thank you for sharing this! We're so glad it made the occasion feel special. Hearing that she enjoys checking the app and showing off her star is wonderful. Congratulations to your daughter on her graduation, and thank you for choosing us to celebrate such an important milestone!
I found out that I paid for a star, that is not actually a registered star? According to countless sources, you can’t actually buy a real star. Sucks and I feel like I was scammed into thinking otherwise because of this company. Just do your research before buying.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that our service is offered as a commemorative star registration. We do not claim ownership of celestial objects, and this information is clearly stated in our policies and terms before purchase. The registration is symbolic in nature and is intended as a personalized gift and keepsake.
We always encourage customers to review the product description and policies before placing an order, and we strive to be transparent about the nature of our service.
The picture showed a telescope came with my registration but it didn't

Hello Sarika,
We’re so glad to hear you’re excited to share your experience with Star Registration! Thank you for your support and enthusiasm - we truly appreciate it.
the star that was assigned to me, isn't visible from northern hemisphere as it will be day time when the star comes out it can only be seen from southern hemisphere. I applied for the brightest star still that star's apparent magnitude is 6.7 that means it won't be visible properly with naked eye. Very bad assignment of star. I stay in hyderbad, telangana, india.
now its all waste my wife hate's the gift
After the reassignment I got a good star which is visible now

Hello Sahith,
We are extremely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since the gift was meant to be something meaningful for your wife.
Unfortunately, there was a technical error during the star assignment process, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team has already reached out to help resolve this issue and review the assigned star details for you.
Very good personalisation and detail. A few more poster options about specific star would have been appreciated…e.g. specific constellation

Hello Robin,
Thank you so much! We’re delighted to hear you found it practical, unique, and a little different - creating a beautiful experience is exactly what we aim for.
I paid extra for a star you can see with the naked eye and still haven’t been able to locate it. Also the app is confusing and doesn’t tell you how or where to find the star.

Hello Kierra,
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating this must be. We’ve reached out directly to help resolve the issue and guide you through locating your star.
For the app to display the star correctly with the pointer feature, please make sure location settings are enabled for the app.

Excellent customer service!
I had questions before placing my order and Veronica was so patient and helpful. I placed the order to name a star for a young adult who passed. It will be such a wonderful tribute to her.

I received my start as a birthday gift from my beautiful friend Selena who lives on the other side of the world. It was such a heartfelt gift that makes me feel so much closer as we can both look up at the star and feel connected at any time.
