The gift was really well recieved! Very easy to use and happy with the variety of options available to make it special for the recipient. The one issue I had was getting a clear print of the certificate packet on a professional machine.

The package was sent out FedEx 15 days ago and has not arrived... it was supposed to be given as a memorial to a couple who lost a premature girl. It did not arrive and no one can tell me when it is arriving. It is too late as the service has happened.
UPDATE: Star Registration contacted me ... give them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for the effort .... FedEx has ignored them and not responded .... give FedEx no stars... Start Registration is redoing the order and shipping it out priority ...
