I had an incredible experience working with the team at Steadily! After my previous insurer dropped my policy, I was incredibly stressed. Jake and Natalie were wonderfully warm and supportive from the start. When my required coverage exceeded their standard limit, Natalie kindly connected me with Alex, who had the specialized experience and access to the right insurance companies to secure the higher coverage amount I needed. Alex was exceptionally warm, detail-oriented, and patient. He walked me through multiple options, proactively checked for eligible discounts, and transparently explained how I can increase my dwelling coverage by 1.5 times for an additional annual premium of less than $200. Knowing I can reach him anytime gives me absolute peace of mind. The teamwork across the entire Steadily team is unmatched!
