Katrina and Josh were very helpful! I had been working with Katrina on change from renovation to occupy. She has been great about making adjustments and getting back to me. Josh helped me with a property that needed to have mortgage info. updated. They are both friendly, efficient and easy to work with.

Signed up for their insurance for a rental property and received a great price and basically instant insurance so I could cancel my high priced prior policy. What happened after that was a series of a couple of errors that caused me problems, but when they were made aware of it, I actually had someone from the c-suite take actions to resolve it quickly and efficiently going out of their way to make things right. In business, mistakes will happen. What sets a company apart is how they act when the problems occur. This company did everything right and made a point to be sure this same mistake doesn't happen again. I highly recommend them not only for their policies and pricing but also for their customer support and leadership.
