This was just the size I needed. Not your fault that it had to be cut in 2 for shipping or pay big bucks.

The estimated lead time.It came and went so I sent them an email. They sent one back apologizing, saying it was going out On tuesday. Sent them up email on Thursday. Because I hadn't received tracking, we promised it was going out that day.Which it finally did. Would've been a lot better if they had contacted me when they knew it was gonna be late. And let me know this. Then promised a fifty dollar credit, which I later found out meant a credit toward my next order. And the worst thing is, when I went to put everything together, my 6 foot piece of cherry handrail, had over a quarter inch bow in it, Ann was also twisted. Had to counter bow it and clamp into my bench for another week.To get it straight. Poor communication an inferior product
We thank you for your product review, Rick. Unfortunately, we weren't notified of the issue with the handrail. If we were notified of the handrail, we would have replaced it. We provided a $50 credit, without being asked, because of the delay due to unforeseen manufacturing equipment servicing for your custom made stair parts. We anticipated the newels would be completed from our previous provided and lead time shown. We had just found out about the additional delay when you had reached out. We tried to make good for your order that seemed to be good and shouldn't be considered as only 1-star for our service. Without the opportunity to provide 100% satisfaction, we can’t strive towards our typical outstanding 5-star product and service reviews.
