I found my it bag on StockX! This bag is sold out but I found it on StockX and by adding it to my favorites list, I was able to score it at a great price. StockX kept me informed throughout the authentication process and it arrived in fast and perfect condition. Great experience all around.

This is a HORRIBLE place to shop!! I bought a 300 dollar pair of shoes, but they didn't fit me and they refuse to accept returns. You will be disappointed of how bad customer service is. This is my first and last time buying here. This is a such a scamm. People stay away from StockX. You will be very disappointed!!!!

The order was fulfilled correctly! Only thing to expect is time for the seller to get it to StockX to get verified. Once that happens the shipping moves quickly! This is not my first time using StockX. I recommend them for sure!
First order spent four weeks in limbo
First order spent four weeks in delivery limbo after being shipped from the seller to StockX for verification, with inaccurate delivery estimates and zero updates. Had to contact StockX twice to follow up. Their customer service must be swamped because it took literally minutes for each reply from the human agent, and all they could do was cancel and refund the order, no replacement offer. I had to push for even a small credit that expires to make up for the shipping. I ended up using that for a replacement order that only spent a week in delivery limbo (but FedEx's fault this time). Not sure I would risk purchasing from StockX again.

Order wasn’t delivered. Proof of delivery photo shows a completely different address. Stockx says not our problem. Call the police. So no shoes out over two hundred bucks on what’s likely a delivery mistake. Call the cops. Awful customer service.

I’ve been buying and selling on stock x for years. The prices can vary but the shipping time is usually very quick. I trust their verification process and have never had any issues.
Buyer Beware - StockX steals!
StockX stole over $400 from me and refuses to respond (other than through automated messages). After placing only bidding $140, StockX charged me over $400 for the purchase of a pair of shoes without proper authorization. I immediately rescinded (i.e. cancelled) the order, but StockX refuses to refund the amounts it charged. ... and now queue StockX's templated response that how they understand why I feel this way without addressing the issue at hand or explaining how they cannot take back orders despite the fact that the order does not exist and the item was never received.

I love stock X yes you may need to pay a little more to get what you want and need but I’m okay with that. My shoes are always official, they’re clean, never worn and they arrive before expected. Highly recommend.
Great Condition, Bad Prices.
Shoes always come in great condition. Only downside is you have to pay a massive ammount of fees, making the total cost way more than the shoe. Aswell as the delivery time, you have to pay alot for quicker shipping.

The products are of very high quality and arrive exactly as shown in the photos—and most importantly, they are authentic. However, I’m not too fond of the shipping costs; perhaps they could lower them a bit. With some products, I feel like I’m paying for the item twice—even though I’m not, it’s just the shipping cost. It would be perfect if they reduced the shipping price a little.
Easy ordering, need more price transparency
Website and phone app are easy to navigate and filter. Wish the fees (Xpress Ship, shipping fees, tax) were more transparent before going through the payment process. Other than that, I am very happy with the quality of product and the quick delivery.
