i didn’t even receive my sons shoes so i lost out on $125 and they only thing they were able to do is give me $25 off next purchase that i had a time frame to use

Sketchy Company

StockX stole over $400 from me and refuses to respond (other than through automated messages). After placing only bidding $140, StockX charged me over $400 for the purchase of a pair of shoes without proper authorization. I immediately rescinded (i.e. cancelled) the order, but StockX refuses to refund the amounts it charged. ... and now queue StockX's templated response that how they understand why I feel this way without addressing the issue at hand or explaining how they cannot take back orders despite the fact that the order does not exist and the item was never received.

Agent just looks at the notes from fedex and says okay. Deny claims within seconds. Terrible company. Will not do business again. Get better training

The product I ordered were some shoes and they came on time for regular shopping rate. The product (shoes) themselves came in great condition, I didn't see anything wrong with them. Although, the box came a bit squished, I did not mind as it is a simple box, but if it were more expensive shoes then I'd say otherwise. But overall great experience. Would definitely recommend!

It's extremely annoying to have to google how to change the setting from CAD to USD to even figure out what you're going to pay, then even more disappointing to think you're paying one amount only to get to the check out view and see an additional $20+ tacked on for this fee or that fee or s/h. Might as well just add that to the upfront price of the shoe so customers know what they're looking at paying before the sticker shock at check out. And also would be nice when creating an account if it would just automatically update the currency once the country is updated in the address. Ridiculous to have to google that info and look it up in several places to finally figure out how to change that. If my son didn't want these for a birthday present I would never have messed with all this.
