I just think there are too many add-on fees to the order that's the only problem that I have if y'all can fix that or put out a better way to order without all the fees I would order more sneakers and don't get it twisted I love the order that I made thank you and have a blessed day

they are terrible because they are using uniuni as a delivery service & they services are very bad
I was promised that I could return the shoes i ordered after I tried to cancel (because I ordered a different size). Then once the shoes that were way too small came, they said it was not refundable. What a scam!
ran my order twice called immediately and regused to cancel one of the orders

Exactly what I ordered and very happy with the results!
Most recently two of my orders where stolen and each time I had to put in multiple investigations because I was told I had a open case the first time but nobody put in my claim. Also after receiving my refund I asked if the company could just pay for my express shipping since I was waiting on my order for a month only to just be offered a $10 coupon then once I kept asking for express shipping they threw a $15 coupon at me. As a business I understand that things happen but both times I feel they didn't compensate me for waiting months for shoes that were stolen then have to pay the new price or more for express shipping. These things need to be looked at after my case is resolved and my last pair of shoes is shipped I don't think I trust stock x for my shoe buying website.
I occasionally make bids for sneakers in case a buyer is willing to drop their price a bit. Most of the day, be it a couple days or couple weeks later, these bids will be “declined by our Risk Prevention Partner” - in the same email it’ll say “In order to resolve this issue, please contact our support team with an alternate email address and phone number. To get started click here Buying > General Purchasing > My order was flagged.” and when I follow the instructions they play dumb or perhaps actually are and no resolution will be found. I’m done.
Easy to purchase shoes from this site.
Your website is to complicated a lot of hidden fees once you check out. Do not like how you can’t return after you receive your order but easy to take your money. Return policy and exchange suck would not recommend

Everything on stockx is pretty efficient just maybe have faster shipping for the users.
