I received a verified pair of LeBron shoes that were defective. The bottom of the shoes popped off after wearing them for an hour. Stockx customer service said they were nonreturnable because they were worn. I was offered a $20 discount coupon for future use. The cost of the shoes was $157+. The shoes were delivered 7/21. The issue was reported 7/22. The shoes are defective and unwearable. Stockx does not stand by the product they verified. Do not purchase items from them. It’s a scam.

I gave a one star because upon receiving my package it was all jacked up due to no bubble wrapping around my Sneaker box. There’s one little piece of bubble wrap, sitting on top of the box not doing anything to protect the sneakers within it. The shipping box box came all messed up and the Sneaker box inside of the shipping box messed up as well with the lead torn back because he’s been dropped on its side or something heavy dropped on top of it if StockX start putting Sneaker boxes inside of a bigger shipping box with bubble wrap, people sneakers will be more protected for the money that you pay, and all the fees they can do better pisses me off to receive my package that I paid more than retail for all screwed up. I’m tired of that.

Everything was perfect! The shoes arrived exactly as described and passed authentication with no issues. This time the packaging was also much better than my previous orders—everything was packed securely, and the box and shoes arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely buy through StockX again.
