Great shoes for my grandsons and they arrived very quickly!!!!

Absolutely Terrible

These guys are the absolute worst - they lie to you about where your shoes are coming from, each customer service representative you deal with tells you something different, and they provide little to no communication. They provide “shipping windows” for sellers that they never hold them to, and provide little to no recourse for late items. I would avoid them at all costs.

Today was the first day my son was going to wear his “new” Jordan 3 black cat shoes because it’s been raining all week. They came with stains on the inside size label cracks on the back a small cut on the front and the back piece broken off and seems like someone tried to glue them. I am so disappointed! They are most definitely not new!!!

Excellent óption to find the favorites

My package went to my old address

My package went to my old address, and it would have been helpful if, like many companies, you offered a way to retrieve or reroute it. Better customer service would include a clear policy that helps customers recover packages sent to an old address. The phone rep were kind but, some of them didn’t communicate clearly through text as if English was not their first language. Improve text message communication.

StockX Delivered the Holy Grail for My Son

Five stars for StockX! I bought the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro 'Moonwalker' shoes for my son, and the entire process was seamless. The shoes arrived exactly as described, fully authenticated, and in perfect condition. Seeing the massive smile on my son's face when he opened them was absolutely priceless—he is thrilled! Highly recommend StockX for finding rare, authentic basketball sneakers.
