Very deceptive company. My shipping time was 5-8 days until I completed the purchase, then it changed to 10-12 days. My package arrived at the final warehouse on 03/27/2026 and was to be delivered the next day. It's now been 6 days and my package hasn't moved. I'm not the first customer to experience this problem. It's a consistent problem that's easy to correct.
The address was a gated complex. They did attempt delivery. I called to get it resolved and askede to contact sender. Alot of back and fourth between all parties. The sender acknowledged they sent a redeliver request, And now sent back to sender. 3 weeks of constant follow up. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was expecting a delivery, they said that it was successfully delivered on the 22nd of December but it's impossible as I was not at home from the 16th of December to 2nd of Jan.
This carrier is slow as molasses, my order should have already been in my hands. Been sitting idle in one of their warehouses for 8 days now. Now being weekend it will be longer yet. According to tracking, it started off in Illinois and is sent overseas, why? When I made my order, expected 5 to 8 business days. After they took my payment it was changed to 8 to 12 business days. I'm coming up on 30 days. Very unhappy.

Supposedly had a package delivered from Enence but never received. Enence refused to track informing me my responsibility, but they never provided means to contact Stone3pl other than an email saying go to their website. Their website provides contact information in China. I'm in Illinois. Two companies to stay away from. If I had known I would have never made this purchase. Such a scam.
Horrific...they have held an order of mine for weeks. Asking me to contact them for delivery info. They have full address and they have no way to contact them Appalling service This has been going on for all December and still not received my order...
