I’ve ordered 4 different doggie photo gifts for friends, and they are absolutely incredible. The likeness is perfect, and my friends are so touched to have received such sweet photos of their pups. The process is quick, easy, very affordable, and delivery is fast. Just great! Will continue to order these as I get photos of my friends and family member pets.

I would leave zero stars if I could
I would leave zero stars if I could. I’m a repeat customer and the quality of the products from this company have gone down in the last 2-3 years. Customer service was helpful until I asked for a refund and to cancel my VIP membership then I got ghosted. Horrible quality.

We are sorry that this was not dealt with in a timely manner. ON checking there was a print problem. You have now been completely refunded.

I love them but
I love them but, in the toilet scene reading the newspaper, she has 5 legs and everyone points it out.

Thank you — I’m so pleased you love them! I’m sorry about the extra leg in that image. As these pictures are created automatically by AI, we’re unable to adjust specific details, but we can certainly regenerate it to try for a better result. Please let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

The pictures are terrible. I cannot believe the quality is so bad. I want a refund or better pictures. This applies to that last two orders.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service, was charged for VIP membership, emailed to cancel straightaway, received no reply. Multiple follow ups have got no replies. I can also not get access to the VIP account to use the credit that was paid for. Be careful ordering, the product is good, but customer service ruins the experience!
