I was unable to account for picture tiles I had ordered for a gift. I reached out to Storyboards Photo Tiles customer service with an email. I couldn't find the original order number but had the PayPal transaction code. Vicki was able to locate the payment but not the order and sent a link to remake it. She then reached out again with delivery information and the recipient was able to locate the package and confirm delivery. Vicki was kind, quick to respond, professional, solution focused and I appreciate it very much. Great customer service is a rare thing these days and I do so appreciate it! I will definitely use Storyboards again!

Thank you so much Cindy for such a great review. Much appreciated. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.
I love my tiles! I placed two orders because I was purchasing a tile for two different animals. That was fine because shipping was free. The quality of the print was excellent, I was a bit disappointment that it was on "foam" backing versus a canvas.

Thank you for your feedback, we are thrilled you love our new AI pet pictures. The material used, is to make the boards super light, easy to move and light enough to be stuck on the wall, rather that nails!.
This is an awesome idea to be able to reproduce a board that brings out a precious pet's memory!!! People will cherish these picture boards forever! The quality of the boards and wall adhesive was nice. However, not sure if when you pull off wall and maybe move or reposition the pictures it may scuff up wall. Need to use adhesive that is moveable and still secure.
