Product is fine however I unknowingly signed up for a $39.99 membership. I’ve been able to get one refund still waiting on 2 more. This is a scam. Do not order from this company. Customer service is non existent!

Loves my pics of my family animals. When you advertised to get three for a deal every time I tried to order three more it wouldn’t provide the deal and would charge a different advertised amount. Other than that, love my pics.

When I received my tiles it was pretty emotial. I had ordered photos of some of my dogs that I have lost. THey turned out so nice and I will cherish them forever

I love the quality and I love the price! I pay a monthly membership fee and it is like a savings that I have for whenever I have the urge to get more pictures! I would highly recommend this company!

The cropping doesn’t work for all photos. Sometimes I would have to lose part of the photo. Sometimes when I crop to fit, it ruins my original picture.
Cropping can definitely be a bit of a nuisance—especially when you’re trying to fit a rectangular photo into our square StoryBoards. Because our boards are square, the preview you see during the upload is exactly how the final piece will print. If part of the photo doesn’t fit within that square, the system shows you the crop before you approve the order so you can decide whether to adjust it or choose a different picture. Nothing is ever changed to your original file, and we never alter your images outside the crop you confirm yourself. What you approve is exactly what we print.
