Photos did not come out well. Background was all white out, in one photo words were repeated incorrectly- sent customer service a complaint. Was asked to send pics which I did. They verified receiving them. Said they would get back to me. Still waiting.

I hated that you scammed me. Advertisement stated 3 pics for 17.99. Unknown to me there was a $39.99 membership cost. Never again

We understand this isn’t right for everyone, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve how clearly this is explained.
This company is an absolute disaster. Their website is designed in a way that adds charges, upgrades, and subscriptions during checkout without clear and informed consent. What should be a simple browsing or purchase experience turns into multiple unexpected charges. I was charged three separate transactions, including a VIP subscription and an upgrade I did not knowingly authorize. I contacted the company immediately requesting cancellation before shipment, yet they ignored my request and shipped the product anyway. Customer service is unacceptable: • No working phone number to speak with a real person • Slow and delayed email responses • Refusal to issue a full refund, offering only a partial refund while forcing the customer to absorb the rest They hide behind excuses like “personalized items” after proceeding with shipment against the customer’s instructions. As of now, I have not received refunds for all three charges and I am being forced to dispute the transactions with my bank. This company operates entirely in its own favor, not the customer’s. I strongly do NOT recommend doing business with StoryBoards.

My order came fast. This was a gift. They were beyond excited. As was I to give. I bought two. One of each of my grandpups reading in bed. It really looks like them reading. Great way to put a smile on someone’s face. Just love them.

The photos turned out great, they are really easy to hang & move around to get them in just the right spot. They arrived pretty quickly after ordering. They make me so happy to look at; as our beloved dog passed about a month ago.

Overall, HORRIBLE customer service. They make you enter a subscription and when you request a refund because you are being charged on a monthly basis and didn't even know it, they keep the money and only give credit. Not transparent or honest company. Tiles are just okay. It happened in summer of 2025, i can't remember the date.
