Strapsco Straps are great, these tweezers though…
I will always buy watch straps from Strapsco, the selection and value is superb. I am rating a recent order at 2 stars because I purchased a spring bar tweezer that had disappointingly low quality. The screws that attach the tips are all nearly stripped, so whenever I need to flip the tips around, I doubt I’ll be able to remove the screws. Basic order QA should catch deficiencies like this. A $35 spring bar tweezer should be of higher quality.

If you want to become frustrated beyond belief, want your blood pressure to boil, and make your head spin then by all means, purchase something from this company and then try to return it. I bought two watch bands after they confirmed what size would fit my two watches. I contacted then within ten days( they have a 30 day return policy) to arrange a return. I got a run-around excuse as to why I could not return them. When I questioned their run-around excuse, they ghosted me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. My personal opinion is that perhaps they are struggling to stay in business and have had to resort to deceptive practices to say their own neck. Absolutely horrible and terrible experience.

Absolutely unbelievable. Not in a Good Way.
It's amazing how a company can charge over $100 for an order and then decide that customer satisfaction is worth less than a few dollars in shipping costs. My previous order was shipped via Priority Mail, but this time StrapsCo downgraded the shipment to the cheapest possible method without any consideration for the customer. The result? More than a month of waiting for a tiny package. Customer service was equally disappointing. Every response felt like a copy-and-paste template designed to avoid actually addressing the issue. Their "solution" was for me to wait for the package, pay to return it myself, and then wait indefinitely for a refund. The entire process feels like a masterclass in cutting corners and passing the consequences onto customers. If their goal was to lose a repeat customer over a few dollars, congratulations, mission accomplished.

I found my Strap but ended with 3
I needed a strap for my watch but wanted options, styles, colors and price. Straps gave me all of these and with an additional ability to have 3 for the price of 2, not bad. Found what a wanted and more. Thanks Again.

I purchased a "extra long strap" that…
I purchased a "extra long strap" that was specific to my watch. Shipping was average. It arrived, i put it on and wore it for a day. I noticed it wasnt that much longer than before so i put it up to yhe original strap. It was the exact same size as the original strap my watch came with. StrapCo customer service responded by saying it stated the size online and since I wore it i was not eligible for a refund. Bottom line, these were not "extra long" bands and honestly, these are 5-10 dollar quality. Amazon has way better straps/bands for cheaper. Dont waste your money. WAY over priced.
