They always have good quality for a reasonable price. The customer service is exemplary and the website is easy to navigate. I would prefer a wider selection of colors. Particularly the greens. Most greens tend to be of the olive drab variety. Not much that would match something like a Moser Pioneer or a Rolex Hulk.

2 of 3 straps were defective; either falling apart upon opening or built in a way they were not usable. For how expensive these are they should be a quality product that lasts multiple years.
