Melissa put me at ease the moment she answered the phone. I could just tell by her sweet voice and tone that my call would be a success! I wasn't looking forward to the call, as I always seem to have problems with your website and really didn't want to make this an hour long call. There were a few issues we had to correct on my account. Melissa was so very patient with me with each issue, and walked me through so I feel much more confident when using your website. Brittany Sisneros! She took the time with me. I had multiple questions with some challenges. She was with me the whole time. She was patient and professional! Some times, when I've called Strata, I can't understand them (their first language might not be English) and sometimes, they are anxious to get off the phone without taking the time needed for me to understand. But Brittany did an OUTSTANDING job today and I would like her bosses to know that us clients on the other end appreciate she and others who are like her in their patience and knowledge. Natalie Jensen, a client services associate was one of the most condescending customer service reps I've ever experienced with STRATA TRUST. NO help, not caring, bad attitude and unprofessional. If this is the holding company that holds your money- I'd go elsewhere. I'm moving my $$ out of STRATA TRUST if possible-

My 401K has been with Strata Trust for about 7 years now, and every telephone contact with customer service agents, so far, has been pleasant. The most recent call was to request assistance in making sure the paperwork for the yearly RMD was filled out accurately and the request was submitted before the deadline. This was also a pleasant call. The professional customer support lady who answered my call proved to be knowledgeable, approachable, relatable, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Furthermore, she did it all with a friendly and helpful attitude and tone of voice. In fact, she went above and beyond helpful to put me at ease, her skills got the job done right in good time, and all in all, she came across as a very nice young lady and a valuable asset to Strata Trust.
