Only problem is had is they gave me a date which the transmission was suppose to be delivered and didn't show up until 4 days after it was suppose to be delivered which made me have to wait an extra 2 days to have it installed by the transmission shop. Compensation would be nice for having to wait
We appreciate the level of communication. We've done business with other companies that don't email to inform every step of the purchase/return process. Lack of communication causes issues in inventory. Also the products are high quality. We haven't had to warranty a transmission from Street Smart yet.
