Even though there were issues with the first transmission purchased, Street Smart was very active and helpful to rush out another Transmission to replace it very quickly. This was an overall good experience with this company. I ordered it and a day later I had it shipped to my shop and ready to go. It is good quality parts and the instructions were good as well. My only complaint was I made a call into their number and talked to a lady and she was rude and not understanding what I was asking.
First of all your group was very responsive to my order request. In no time I received word that the transmission was shipped and received within a week. I was very gratefull that there was no upfront core charge !! After installation I received paperwork for core return, the truck was there the next day and it was all done. Street Smart is awesome. I bought a transmission for my granddaughters car at a good price. They didn't stop there... they included so many extras that was needed.
