I drive for a living. So speedy service was part of my concern. They were so helpful when they explained how it all would work. They had my transmission at the shop in record time! This is the 2nd time I have needed their services. Checked on line and they showed they had 1 in stock. Called and they verified they had it on the shelf, ordered it over the phone. It was delivered quickly. I didn't get an email or any thing when it was shipped, but my mechanic had it before the estimated ship date. Core pick-up was super easy to schedule.

The price was competitive. The transmission was correct. The toque converter was installed into the front pump then held in place. How many engines and transmissions have been damaged from that mistake? When I called the help line they answered my questions correctly. My core was just picked up as promised.

PAN AND FILTER INSPECTION
The deliver and return were flawless, the price and availability were very good and moreover prior to the end of the warranty period I drooped the pan, split open the filter and found everything spotless. So far NO ISSUES!!
