I found my part easily in your website, it was shipped and delivered I. A timely manner, the only room for improvement was the lack of actual tracking, I had no idea when it would arrive. It arrived last night after 8 days.
Well I'm a the web experience is as good as it can be ....I purchased a new furnace cage or frame ....but why don't you sale the rear door or cover plate with the vent holes ...even with the cage or the housing it would have been included ....

It's it's a new norm in today's post COVID world. I did receive my item today, I've ordered from Suburban Rv before and their service is top notch. How my rating for them was what it was confused me as I never chose that rating, I just inputted, it was backordered. I rate them a 5.

The Suburban RP-30N furnace and housing cabinet arrived with no damage. I had read on Amazon reviews that it is very common for these components to be damaged in shipment due to poor packaging. I had requested additional packaging and was not disappointed. The outer box was a large double box and small airbags were wrapped around the inner box. The funace inner box had foam on the top and bottom of the furnace. This furnace is going into a 1967 Airstream that is being restored. The unit has not been tested to date, but, hopefully it will perform well.
