The Subway branch in Frederiksberg appears to be experiencing slow service due to insufficient staffing. Additionally, the floors were noticeably unclean throughout our hour-long dine-in. It would be beneficial to increase the number of employees to alleviate the workload on the current staff.
The fountain for drinks don’t even taste like the real drink I got mountion dew and he taste like crap don’t come here if your thirsty like McDonald’s is even better don’t come!!!!!!!
I ordered my sandwich on their Italian urban cheese bread and got plain bread. I ordered double meat and didn’t get that either. I’ll find a new sandwich maker.
It was very poor quality of costumer service. The staff assigned this morning july 17,2026 at 9:30am (subway-USC) was rude assisting us and other costumer. She needs to understand well the job descriptions working in hospitality industry. The management must check reviews and do staff assessments to know if they perform well in their job.
The worker was professional and efficient. The veggie patty sandwich was very delicious so I came back two days in a row.
So I was at subway on my lunch break today and I said foot long turkey and extra American cheese! And they gave me 2 pieces of pepper jack cheese. This is the subway in Minden Louisiana!!
Purchased a spicy pepperoni 6-in sub they only put five round slices of pepperoni in this sub and it's cut so thin like paper you're kind of like where's the meat? Then I asked for some of the Parmesan vinaigrette. Got home unravelled the sandwich, I noticed the inner sandwich paper that wraps the sandwich directly was literally saturated with this vinaigrette. Took a bite the veggies slide out and that vinaigrette drizzled down my chin some on my shirt. On the online order page when you order these vinaigrettes or other condiments it just indicates regular. I did complain to their manager and she said well the bottle that they use distributes what it distributes. I think the online options on these vinaigrettes or oils should not say regular they should have an option that says light drizzle, medium drizzle or heavy drizzle. First thing I'm not a vegetarian and the meat in the sandwich I feel was very insufficient. The vinaigrette that was put in the sandwich was horribly overdone. On my complaint to the manager, pretty much it is what it is. Most likely will never go to a subway again if they're going to be so greedy with the product they put in your sandwich and they disregard your complaint making it seem it's the customers problem.

Subway located at 24223 Crenshaw Blvd suit H, Torrance, Ca 90505. Salads are old and I am not sure how they are in business. Very unprofessional and not a clean place. I hope they understand that they are I good business and they keep the location clean and fresh salads. Very bad e patience I had today. If you pay cash they don’t give you a receipt?
Have Accountants taken over at Subway? I have use subway for lunches for probably 20+ years. on 8th July I bought footlong BLT from the Subway at the Arndale Centre, Manchester (I was charged for 2x6", which I assume worked out to be a higher price). I have always had a sprinkle of each of the salad options with my BLT - it makes it super tasty. Unfortunately, on this occasion the staff would literally only put Bacon, lettuce & tomato in the sub. They wanted to charge £7.80 for extra salad!! As a result, the filling was sparse and the sub much less tasty. This has all the hallmarks of beancounters taking over the operation. If this is the new norm, I am afraid that Subway can kiss goodby to my business.
I used to really love Subway, but recently the prices have become absolutely unbelievable, and despite the many deals that they have, none seem to be available in my area. I refuse to pay $15 for a sandwich, especially one as low quality as subway serves me.
I want to make my sandwich my way. I want the mini melts, 3 cheese, with my desired choice of toppings. I like the smaller, softer sandwich. I can bite into it and chew so much easier.
My wife and I just got home from having lunch at Subway on S Hwy 7 in Blue Springs, MO. and it was a total disaster, new help, no taste, bread so damn tough on both our sandwiches, won't go back! The chips and drinks were ok. Same on previous visits. This is not the Subway quality we are used to. That bread had to be yesterday's bread at least. Next time, we go to GoodCents. All the rest of our Subway coupons went into the trash! 7-12-26
Oh Subway, what happened? I have to pay extra for meat because I get a loaf of bread instead of a sandwich! today when I went, they had no salt no spinach. Toaster was broken and my bread was too hard to even bite through. Paid $17 for a sandwich. This isn’t an isolated event and not the same store has happened multiple times at different locations. The quality is terrible. Better step up your game subway or you won’t be around much longer.
Only 1 star due to the APP, it never allows me to pick a gluten free sub. Available in store but to yo order in advance. :(😔
Impossible to reach any live customer service human. The chat function is useless. My issue is a login problem. My login/account email no longer exists so unable to order. Guess that solves where I will be ordering sandwiches in the future.
For dinner tonight, I ordered two identical subs from the Subway on Aldine Westfield in Spring, Texas, using their mobile app. When my daughter brought them home, they were practically empty—just bread and sauce, completely missing the meat, veggies, and extra toppings we paid for. I sent her back to request a remake or a refund. Not only did the employee refuse, but when my daughter asked to speak with a manager, the situation took a disgusting turn. While on the phone with us, my wife and I heard the employee repeatedly hurling vile Spanish curse words and slurs at our daughter, completely unaware that we speak Spanish fluently. The verbal abuse only stopped, and a refund was finally issued, when I told her I was driving over and calling the police. After looking at past online reviews, it is clear this specific location has a history of treating customers like garbage. Subway Corporation is clearly ignoring these major red flags. I am boycotting Subway entirely and sharing this everywhere until corporate takes accountability for the harassment of our daughter.
Omg is disgusting !!! I ordered food from one oof Brentwood branch ,and I ordered one sandwich with extra meatballs and I started eating like 30 min ago and I notice something wrong ,like mouldy taste ,I take out meatball and was green inside is disgusting !!!!
