I’ve used subway for a while but won’t ever again. I live close to but toasted or not the bread is tough as soon as I can try it. The lettuce should be chopped. I’ve been getting it in sheets including the stem. Prices have become quite unreasonable. For 2$ more I can get 2 Walmart sandwiches that are so much better. And the bread doesn’t get hard. Look into it. You’ll be amazed.
Subway 602 Jones ferry road chapel hill n.c. First the store did not open on time. It opened at exactly 9:07. The lady came to unlock the door and walked away...her body language was angry as if she didnt want to be their. no greeting no apologies...I told her that I was dissatisfied with the store opening late it was dirty, and she had a horrible attitude. she told me that she didnt care and she was busy. I asked her for the store address and phone number and she told me she didnt care who I called because she was the manager. This was the worst service I ever had at subway...I really hope no one else have to deal with the service that I received this morning
I am appalled at the customer service of a specific Subway in Liverpool. Me and my acquaintance were new to the area and didn't know much English, so therefore we innocently mistook the restaurant, Subway, for the actually railway subway line, thinking things were going to go smoothly and we would soon be back on the train home to Norwich. The certain worker(probably a bald middle-aged man with glasses that are too big for him) erupted with rage and threatened to dox our number and give it to someone whose name we did not catch for no reason. You can see how disturbing this was for us, so therefore we hung up and blocked the number. A few minutes later, lo and behold, we recieved a menacing call from and unknown number(you can guess who that was) and declined the call. Now, to this day, we are extremely terrified to call up any restaurant again in case another situation like this occurs. Thanks to the Subway's cruel, inhumane worker, we have now developed severe social anxiety and will probably never be able to get to Norwich now. Thanks a lot. Do better attitude checks on your workers.
Wrong order sent 1 sandwich order 4 no refund no apologies
I had ordered my sandwiches online so I went over to pick them up..when I got there 4 young kids were playing around 2 behind the counter and 2 on the floor...nobody had gloves or hairnets on...but anyway ...back the the sandwiches I get home both r on wheat bread when I ordered Italian herb and cheese ..mind u i hate wheat bread with a passion smh...then I look on the sandwich there was 1 tomato on a footlong...a couple peices of lettuce no meat...its was just so sad to see after spending 20 dollars for nothing..I couldn't take them because it takes 20 mins one way to get there and they close at 10 pm...this is all the time with subway anymore..they need to stop having children making sandwiches...I bet they had a great laugh on what they did to me...subway needs to do better...
Typically the only Subway I like to order from. Regardless of no ac sometimes or computers down. The food is always good. Restaurant is always clean. The crew are mostly all great. However, today I placed an online order. When i went in to get it the guy behind the counter never looked up or said anything. I believe he is the manager, possibly the owner im not sure. I said im here for a pickup. He just looked at me. I found my order and said do you need to check it so I can take it? He like almost rolled his eyes at me and looked miserable. Dude, go home if you dont want to be there! Or put a fake smile on your face 🙄
This subway on street & knights rd in Bensalem pa, has the very worst food I ever tasted. Serving hot hard rolls, not fresh, dog food smelling baby meatballs, putting brown roast beef on Italian hoagies. Never saw or ate such a thing. It really was that bad. I spent $51.00 dollars after seeing a commercial for the $5.00 special. The only special they had on these severe hot days was teriyaki. Smh, never again. Things have really gone down hill. I want my money back. Never want to eat that food ever again.
I went into Subway to get a sub, from the one in Breckenridge Tx. I had never been there before, a girl with purple hair was making a sub for two young guys or was flirting with them or both, but anyway I sit there for 15 minutes, while three other girls were just standing there, no one ask me anything! I finally got frustrated and left. I have never been ignored like that any place else! They will not have to be worried about me ever again for I won't be returning!!!!!
They need to retrain and hire another person. when I arrived I asked about the 3.99 special and the worker said you don’t get much meat on that sandwich with the special. So I ordered a BMT instead of the special. This worker which was a woman just threw it together any old kind of way. I asked her to please make it right . I also purchased some cookies and they were stell. As long as this woman continues to work here I won’t step foot in this establishment ever again.
We went in to get the sandwich and asked if they were done they said no. We waiting and it was on the self the whole time. The sandwiches were cold not even toasted. On the receipt it said toasted

These girls make the best roast beef sandwiches. They are courteous and very considerate. Im glad they are still there at the location. Go in by and get a cold sandwich
Shelocta, PA Subway NEEDS to do better!!! This is the 2nd time in as many months that they made the sandwiches from the online order however they want with no regard to the actual order. SO disappointed!
I left a review two days ago about the Subway in Florence, CO. The Owner did respond (Sorry, please contact Corporate). I tried the website ( tried the automated chat and it continued to lead me in the wrong direction (it asked delivery or pickup, I can’t enter pickup, it only goes to delivery, then way off topic from there). I tried several phone numbers and tells me to go to website. So I haven’t found a way to get my money back from Subway that I didn’t receive my order.
I ordered a 1 ft roast beef sandwich from the Kalispell Walmart. I asked for and paid for extra beef, extra lettuce, extra tomato, and extra mayo. Nothing was extra! Actually, the sandwich had less than extra. In addition, I ordered a 6 inch sandwich that was supposed to be toasted and was not. How pathetic!!!!!!!!!
For the most part I enjoy their food and choices... I DO NOT like it taking 20mins to 30 mins to order because the APP crashes or simply will not checkout or the website decides one minute you live somewhere it will not deliver then the next minute you are fine. Their ordering system is a total failure and my coupons it gives me never work... starting to get annoyed and when that happens I will never order again... and I spend 100s and upon 100s at subway... soon not
1. Ordering online does not allow tipping for staff- terrible cannot show appreciation and disincentive to do well on online orders( yes can give cash when pick up if you have any) 2. Add avocado is actually just mash green 3 skimpy meat( hardly any) on Philly steak
The Subway website sucks. It screws up every time I try to order. Then this last time it actually worked and screwed up my sandwiches and I ended up throwing one away because it toasted it. A $27 order wasted. I'm not buying anymore from Subway. The company is complete trash after being bought and sold to Private Equity.
