Won't Jump Thru Hoops To Set Up AutoPay
I used my Ollies (Sunbit) credit card for the first time and just received my statement. As are all my other credit cards, I tried to set up AutoPay. After scouring the Ollies site first and then the Sunbit site, I was not able to locate a locate a place to set up AutoPay. Instead, I was instructed to call Sunbit or email them with the address they gave me. I won't call because I don't want to take to someone from India, so I emailed them. The reply said that I reached "an unmonitored email box and we cannot receive or respond to message sent here" and I was instructed to EM to a different address, phone, or send questions via snail mail. REALLY, to set up AutoPay? I will call them, but now for the request to cancel my card. I feel that an AutoPay option should be on the first page of any credit card site as it is for all my other cards.
The rep I spoke to was wonderful very helpful and knowledgeable she was great answered all my questions an was very pleasant
