I've been a customer of Sunbit for…approximately three years.
I'm really grateful for the loan service(s) that Sunbit provides. I've used their services on three different occasions. Each interval was due to some unexpected car service fees that I couldn't cover at the time. Their customer service has always been outstanding, and on June 23rd, the person that helped me out tremendously, was named Ora. She was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and she took her time going the extra mile to ensure that my request and needs were thoroughly processed. It's experiences like these that gives me the satisfaction and a sense of peace, knowing that my situation is understood and cared about. Always a 5 star!

Making extra payments
I was a bit confused as to how make extra payments and the customer service representative was extremely helpful in navigating me thru the website in order for me to do it. She explained it and walked me thru every step of the way.

Pay for just one loan not two.
I had apply for a loan to repair my car. Unfortunately The Honda repair people had submitted the paperwork twice leaving me to pay for two repairs when I had only received one. Nicole at your office and was very helpful and gave me the information to let the repair place understand what happened. I called the repair place back and with the information from Nicole I was able to get this resoled. Thank you
