I am very pleased with the service from SunFrog Shirts. I have been ordering my yearly CRUZ family hoodies from them for the last 3 years. Their customer service is excellent if there is an issue they are quick to reply and correct. I definitely recommend.
I ordered 2 shirts both the same size. One fit and the other was way too small. The return process was awful and the directions online didn't work. I mailed it back and had to keep contacting you because I never heard back. Finally a month later I get an e-mail asking for my tracking number. Then I had to reorder it and pay another shipping and handling. How do 2 shirts the same size not both fit? You could tell my looking at them one was smaller. It was a little frustrating.
Sunfrog Shirts are of excellent quality. I had an issue with a return and the staff worked very hard to resolve it.

I bought two shirts for my brother. He liked them thank you. The shirts come in a timely fashion it didn’t take to long.
The service was great! The only issue was confusion was in tracking my order. And that may have been more an issue with the shipping company used
You did worse than bad. I ordered $70 worth of t-shirts from you, waited for them, figuring they were taking awhile as we are in unprecedented times-COVID. When they didn't show up after a month or two, I reached out to you, I was provided a tracking number that showed "delivered," except, I never received these two shirts. Your rep, Merida Jones, said that since the person who delivered them had deemed them delivered (they weren't signed for-no signature required), there was no guarantee that your company would stand by the shirts. No refund would be offered nor would replacements be re-sent. You offered me a %50 discount towards a future purchase-like I want to go deeper in the hole with a company that won't guarantee receipt of its merchandise. No, I won't be spending any more money here-I've got better odds of a payback/payoff in Vegas. I've reported you to my cc company and will also be going to BBB.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of any one that would help me with a shirt I bought that only after one wash. Faded really bad and no one ever emailed me back !!!!! I will never buy a shirt from this cheap site and I tell everyone that I know to never buy shorts from sunfrog ever !!!!

Love this Tee Shirt was exactly as expected
My order was never filled- I waited over 3 weeks with no email and no shipment. I reached out asking why and two days later got an answer that that particular shirt wasn’t made anymore or something. Very disappointed in the complete lack of communication and of course not receiving the 2 shirts that were intended as a gift.
I remember purchasing a shirt from this site years ago, still looks fantastic and wears like a charm, and glad the service has only gotten better since! Thanks guys.

I decided to order from Sunfrog again despite my last disappointment where they made a spelling mistake in forgetting to print two letters. It is hard to justify buying the hoodie and then paying import duties in Canada for it. I purchased 2 hoodies ..black with white writing ( came with pale white shade) and the other hoodie ( vibrant teal/ aquamarine) which doesnt look at all like the colour I chose.It is a very dull shade and the colour makes the hoodie look ugly.Not happy. I can accept the black and white one 🙄 but not the other one...the colour is too dull. I need to trust that what I order online ...comes as advertised...after all....I have to pay to ship and pay to receive. Ugh.
