From the first meeting, we knew this is what would elevate our patio experience. The actual install was just as impressive. The crew arrived on time and reallly cleaned up the site. I was shown how to work the system before they left. The screens are just lovely. They are worth every single dime we spent!

It was an easy process
It was an easy process-from having the first appointment to the install. The hardest part was making the appointment as it kept showing that I did not have a product to install-had to call and get it straightened out.

Our sunscreen may be the most important home improvement project we've ever done. Blocking the suns effect on the back of our house has been HUGE!!
Three French doors, and three windows required a solution for sun control, and the roll down shade was the answer to our problem!!
Trust me, if you don't buy one, you'll wish you had done so! Great customer service, a FANTASTIC install, done by Sam, and Juan has made our lanai a great place to hang out and entertain, even on those hot, Florida days. AND THE HOUSE IS COOLER TOO!!

Sales rep came prepared to show all possible models and accessories and was able to answer all our questions...kind of pushy on getting the deal.
delivery was shorter than original timeline but had to wait 2 weeks for open appointment for install.
Install guys were superb, friendly and curtious.

Outstanding buying experience from start to finish. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and helped us find exactly what we needed. The TPA TRUCK 2 Team installed the screening and the team worked like a well oiled machine. Professional, knowledgeable, and they kept the area immaculate. The install truly is great and a very good decision. Install Team helped me set up the remote / phone app for operating the screens remotely and provided great detail relative to the 10 year warranty, and many other product nuances. The SPF Team truly left no stone unturned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPF screens … WE IMMENSELY LOVE THE FINAL PRODUCT …

The people from SPF were very well trained to do their job.
The people from SPF were very well mannered, they worked fast and coordinated their efforts to accomplish a beautiful awning so desperately needed. They were very clean, picked up all the trash before leaving . They gave us a demo on how to work our sun protector and on our first day using it we had some wind gusts that allowed the awning to close itself before causing any damage. We recommend SPF to everyone that needs protection from the sun.
