Our sales agent and the installation was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The customized motorized sunshade is made of high quality. The sunshade was available in the timeframe that the Sales Agent stated it would be. However, we were a little disappointed that it took another 4 weeks for the installation team to be available for the install. Overall, we are very pleased!

I had an awning placed in my lanai about one month ago and the service people were exceptional! Following up, weeks later, I wanted help with a 'pitch' adjustment to position the screen just right from the changing sun direction, I called them again to help. They sent a service gentleman by the name of Deigo. He continued the exceptional experience, educated me further on a few 'operational' items, AND came up with a solution that was original and one I never could have imagined for another issue. He, and their entire team at SPF are perfection when it comes to installation, and customer service, from the inside to the outside team!

Process from beginning with Kyndale to final installation by Kyle was well done and I am very pleased with the results. This is the second time I have bought a screen from SPF for my home. First one was in Florida and now in South Carolina. Would do it again.
