I was set up on a payment plan and had…

I was set up on a payment plan and had a schedule. But they have my bank info wrong. I cant make a payment. Ive emailed three times or more with no reply. Ive called multiple times and have not gotten through to anybody. This company is apparently all AI driven and has no staff to work loans. I cant make payments because of the error and I cant fix the error because nobody is responding to messages or emails.

I was told I was going to be unblocked…

I was told I was going to be unblocked from applying for a new application in 21 days. Today is July 22 what they told me in the email that it will be lifted July 22. I was basically lied to. Bad enough they I paid for your guys mistake but I get lied to. I can get through to anyone no one to take my calls just emails. You guys are a bunch of crocks and liars. You guys really suck. Don't know what happened but I will never use you guys ever again got it. Your lucky I don't sue you guys.
