Poor Ordering Experience and Lack of Communication I had a very frustrating experience and would not recommend this business. After placing an order, it remained in review status for more than a month with no clear explanation or meaningful updates. The order stayed in review for approximately 30 days while inventory availability was supposedly being checked. There was no accessible way to get helpful information or a clear answer about the order status. Each time I tried to contact the company, an automated system only repeated that the order was still being approved. When I requested to speak with a live representative, the call disconnected. This delay affected my landscaping project and wasted a significant amount of time and patience. After waiting about 30 days, I finally received an email stating that my order had been canceled because the company was unable to confirm availability.

I placed an order that went quickly. However it says that orders need to be approved and I have yet to hear (it's been 7 days since the order was placed) and their AI customer service hung up on me 4 times. I then called and emailed to cancel the order.

Waited for a month for them to tell me my item isn’t available and to cancel the order. It the meantime they took my credit card and other information unnecessarily. DO NIT USE THIS COMPANY. Waste of time and unnecessary sharing of your private data

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company where there is no communication available via live person and there is no information. Once you place the order it goes into a review status that lasts over a month. Even then you cannot get any answers back. The company is absolutely terrible, a scam. I would like to warn all other users of this website not to order any. Items from them, the prices are too good to be true. Obviously they do not seem to have the products that they list there. You could be ordering mulch, but it'll never arrive.

Water heater order

Water heater order. Super Arbor was almost $500 less than the big box store that carries the same product. I am not in a big rush, so if it arrives in a reasonable time I would rate this transaction a 5.

Order Cancelled After 30 Days Of Unnecessary Waiting?!?

Placed multiple door lock order on 5/30/2026. I hadn't heard back any news after a few weeks so I e-mailed them. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Didn't receive any other communication worthy of note til today, 30 days later 6/30/2026 informing me my order's been cancelled. The e-mail makes it clear in more ways than 1 that I wasn't charged. Thank U soooo much for not charging me for something U sold me online but don't actually have in stock. I still gotta check to make sure I've not been charged BUT to my point... why does it take 30 days for U idiots to check your warehouse for some door locks??? I'm sure your warehouse fits 1 billion times into an Amazon warehouse & somehow, Amazon finds a way 2 figure out whether they have door locks or not in an instant. Worst / most unreliable / slowest response company in the history of the internet. Thankfully they're not in the medical / heart attack business or there'd be hella corpses laying around. Thank U very little for nothing idiots! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Easy to Use

The customer service team was very responsive and helpful, providing clear updates and addressing my questions promptly. It was easy to place an order for the first time and the website provided step by step instructions and was prompted to use this site by Home Depot. Hoping the shipping fee can be waived since this is my first order. Encouraged to use this again.

Terrible customer service.

I placed an order on June 3rd, and as of June 29th, I am canceling it. The order has remained in "pending" status for nearly a month, and during that entire time there has been absolutely zero communication from the company. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times. Phone calls only reach a recorded message, text messages go unanswered, and there appears to be no way to speak with an actual representative. Delays happen, and most customers understand that. What is unacceptable is leaving customers completely in the dark for an entire month with no updates, no explanation, and no response to repeated attempts to make contact. If you need an item in a reasonable timeframe or expect any level of customer service, I would strongly recommend ordering from another company.

We've been searching for this item all day. Somehow found your site an it had what we wanted... immediately placed the order... Only disappointment was cost of shipping and the expected timeframe for delivery, hopefully product will arrive sooner,as we need it in 5 days. Also saw a depot in Atlanta,Ga... We're only an hour away, ,??? in all so far a good experience.???? Beginning to get worried after reading reviews related to exactly what my review was from other people. A good majority experienced no communication about their purchases, shipping timeframe or even receiving their purchase. All were unable to talk to a human about status of their purchase or receive requested info or refund request ??? A few too many happened..Oh well live an learn !!?

I was looking for discontinued flooring…

I was looking for discontinued flooring I have installed in entire house besides bedroom. Super Arbor was only place I could find product. I was nervous that I would order and only receive partial shipment or something along those lines. I took the chance and so happy I did. Almost immediately received an email on order status and those continued daily until my order was received. I was impressed! Then order arrived, the full order, undamaged and the exact flooring I needed which was installed 6 yrs prior. Life saver!! Thank you Super Arbor!

Ordered an 18 volt Ridgid Hammer…

Ordered an 18 volt Ridgid Hammer drill; on June 4th 2026 and have not heard back from them at all, every time I contact them an automated voice tells me it is still in the process of being approved. When I ask to speak to a live representative pretends it can"t hear me and hangs up. This is a complete waste of my time and patience as I am a contractor that needs that tool asap. Don't waste your time , buy from a reliable company.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. They don’t respond to any calls or emails. They clearly don’t have my items in stock (because I recently discovered from the maker that they were discontinued in 2022), but you’d never know from their site. I ordered 5 weeks ago and never heard a word despite numerous calls to support and emails.
