Is this even a real business?

Is this even a real business? Every time I try to talk to a real person, it’s either an AI bot or I am told I must communicate through email. Through email it takes weeks to hear back. No one is ever available for product support, questions, or order help. They claim they are always happy to help and that they're available to assist M-F yet no one is actually assisting. Now, after two months of waiting, they cancel our order. What kind of business is this? Don't waste your time with their non-existent customer support. Just order from Amazon.

It’s a scam!

After months of waiting and waiting for responses and changes to my order. I’m waiting for a shipping confirmation and they tell me they can’t complete my order. No reason, just an apology for taking up my time. Terrible!! The customer service is also awful!! No one seems to care they just keep telling you to wait 14 days for a response.

Their website is TOO easy to use. They lure customers in with an easy website and great promises but they rarely ever stick to their word. When they are able to ship the item you ordered it always comes from another store. Save yourself and find your materials elsewhere.

This company doesn't care about customers. I ordered a product and it took well over two 'business' weeks to get the "status"of my order, only to be told they could not/would not fill my order. The lag time was to approve the order for a product stated to be 'in stock'. This company is Bad (with a capital 'B'). Don't waste your time dealing with them.

Positive Reviews aren't real- c'mon people

BS company. Uses Ai to manage their fake company and the positive reviews are extorted from people who either want a discount or are desperate to get their order in time. I'm sad I didn't look them up beforehand. Just accept that your floor or other home improvement item doesn't exist.

Worst Customer Service!!!

Placed an order with Super Arbor but because they do not accept American Express, so I accepted their term of placing the order with their 1 to 14 days review. Not exactly sure what they are reviewing! Waited over a week for payment instructions. Never arrived. Called their useless 800 number twice, speaking with a machine, wasted 15 minutes each time to verify who I am but still would not connect me to anyone but told to use their email address. Sent two emails, no answer. Today, finally received an email said they cancelled my order due to no response. Well, wouldn't want to do business with you either with that kind of customer services!!!

Love shopping with Super Arbor! They have a wonderful selection of items for your home and reasonable prices. I selected a ceiling fan and porch lights along with a bathroom towel rack for a new bath and porch we are adding to our home. So excited!

Personal Customer Service

I'm not a big fan of communicating through text or email only when making large purchases. Having personal assistance verbally for assurance and possible advice is extremely helpful to the clients before the purchase is acutely made

We bought a cabinet for our bathroom. Their website is very clear on the time line on the process. It took a long time to get our cabinet but because they were transparent on the process we were totally cool with the length of time to get our order. When our cabinet arrived it was wrapped extremely well and there was zero damage to our unit. We will order again from them. It was a good experience

I have read very bad reviews of this…

I have read very bad reviews of this company. I needed a specific laminate flooring ans they are the only ones who have it. So far so good. I have no complaints but I will update as we go along. My order approval will take 1-14 working days, I would have loved to have it asap as.i need to fix a floor. But so far everything went according to what they said will happen. I am positive it will be good in the end.

It is hard to believe that this model of business is allowed. I placed an order for 5 bundles of shingles. I got a confirmation number and took a screen shot . When their confirmation email did not arrive I notice an error in my email . I call the customer service 10 times with the confirmation number . They have an automated voice responsive system in place that I could not get to send me to a live person. I emailed them. No response. I have emailed them to cancel my order and started cancellation process with my Apple Card. Man what a joke. Good luck to those who will shop here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s impossible to get ahold of anybody and it’s been over 14 business days since I ordered, no update. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling, but you can’t speak to anything but a computer. It’s ridiculous and I don’t understand how this company is still in business. I’m so frustrated as we can’t finish our baby’s nursery because of this company not responding. I’ve tried to cancel but still haven’t heard back on my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
