I ordered my item (ORDER #887139597 ) on May 14, 2026, tomorrow will have been a month since I ordered. I've sent emails twice asking for status, and have not received a response. As soon as I finish this review, I'm going to post reviews on Google, Instagram, and Reddit about your service. I'd love just to have a refund, but since you haven't responded to any of my emails I wouldn't think I'd get my refund. I will do everything in my power to see you held accountable for stealing money via mail fraud (which is a felony, but I don't think people like you care). Burn in hell.

NO SUPPORT, I ORDERED AN ITEM A MONTH AGO. I EMAILED SUPPORT 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I ALSO CALLED AND COULD ONLY SPEAK WITH AI. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Never really ship. Absolutely no support.
No customer service. No response to emails. Their telephone number just has an automated response. There is no way to get to a person. You order and they Never actually ship. Never respond to inquiries. Complete waste of time, and a high cost if you really expect to get the item.

Ordered patio pavers… then got an e mail saying they needed an additional $1500 due to demand. I have been trying to cancel the order for 10 days… if you call you get AI and never can connect with a person… nobody ever calls or e mails back.

Ordered a lawn mower from this company and understood the policy of ordering from them, and it would take up to 14 days for confirmation. i found the same exact product and purchased it elsewhere and requested a cancellation of my ordered. It stated in there policy that as long as its not shipped it will be canceled at no cost and or issue. As I called and requested to cancel my ordered I had to leave a message because you cant get a live representative to speak to about your order or any information on the status. they however did call back and left a message to call back and sent an email. i responded to the email and call them back and the same thin AI recording and now i cant even get to the other options when I call to leave a message to be called back. The customer service is terrible and wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I'm experiencing with this company.

Impossible to get a hold of. I placed an order on May 26th. It said the order was confirmed. When I called to ask about a week later they said it wasn't confirmed yet. I stated i wanted to cancel the order. The lady told me she couldn't cancel the order someone else would have to. They called me back and left a message stating they escalatied the case to see if it was going to ship sooner and would be in touch. I emailed them 3 times since trying to cancel. Tried calling all day on June 4 to cancel and couldn't even get through to a person. You can't even chat with someone online.

Ordered a bbq 3 weeks ahead of Memorial day weekend for a bbq. Never got my order. they never answer emails as to status. Just shows waiting for approval. Over a month and still nothing. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! Too many reputable places to buy online. Horrible customer service.
