I attended Terry's Zoom presentation, and I thought he did a fantastic job. He's an engaging presenter, and the time absolutely flew by. He balanced following his presentation with answering everyone's questions without making anyone feel rushed.
The live demos were the highlight for me. Watching projects come together in real time was genuinely impressive and really showcased what Supercool is capable of. I joined the presentation thinking I would use it primarily to make videos, but I left realizing I could create movies, apps, music, websites, books, and so much more. It really opened my eyes to the platform's potential.
My only criticism came after the presentation. I jumped straight into my own project and quickly discovered that credits are consumed much faster than I expected, and purchasing additional credits can become expensive. I don't feel the presentation accurately conveyed the true credit usage or the ongoing cost of larger, more complex projects. Setting better expectations upfront about credit consumption would help new users plan their projects and budgets more effectively.
Overall, I'm still very impressed with the platform and with Terry's presentation. I just think being more transparent about credit usage would make the onboarding experience even better.

If I could give this company a zero-star rating, I would. Their billing model is predatory and unreasonable, especially in the current economy. I was charged eight separate times, ranging from $40 to $80, totaling $340. Despite following the instructions provided during orientation exactly, I am still left with an incomplete video that the AI is unable to resolve. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I am still waiting for a refund. Run...!

One of the worst platforms I've ever used. I subscribed to the 8,000-credit Mini plan, but I wasn't even able to create a single video before my credits were exhausted. I have proof of this and can share it if needed. I canceled my subscription immediately because the experience was extremely disappointing.

The webinar was fine, and I appreciate the entertaining speaker, but I already knew most of the information. I was mainly wondering about the cost, as I'm spending quite a lot on Lovable. I also wanted to know more about copywriting, setting up domains, having SuperCool help with SEO, etc. Some of my questions were answered, such as whether I own what I create.
I had to use several AI agents just to create a short video, and simple graphics I had to do several revisions until the AI followed my directions correctly. I'm interested in using the website build that Supercool can create. Glad I stumbled upon Supercool!
my first prompt, before I had any direction or instruction, I built a company with 10 high ticket items, that are being built for my company as it was cheaper, has a website that includes agents with landing pages and commissions for reps. This would have taken a year and 50 k min. 10 years ago. It was done in 4 hours. That long because I was slow answering. Supercool was faster.

They advertise $8/month all over Facebook and Instagram saying, "You can cancel all your other subscriptions...!"
So, I signed up for $8/month...
Then there was a tripwire sale of $47 for more apps. I bit.
Then there was ANOTHER tripwire sale for $47/month. I skipped that.
Then ANOTHER tripwire sale for $97 - I skipped that.
Got into the app, and just as a test, asked it to review one of my websites and give me a marketing strategy.
It suggested building 25 blog pages and recommended it should do it. So we did.
It got near the end and said I had run out of credits. I needed to pay $40 for 10,000 credits.
$40 would get 1000 credits on Codex/ChatGPT. I have built many apps using that (pretty big ones too) and so far have NEVER had to pay that $40 - everything works in my $20/month subscription.
They then hit my credit card SEVEN TIMES for US$40 within THIRTY MINUTES!! US$280!!!!
All I had it do was create 25 web pages. Text. Nothing more.
They charged me MORE in thirty minutes than I have ever been charged for my other AI services IN TWO YEARS!
Even my bank messaged me to say they thought a fraud was going on! I've suspended my credit card and will be demanding my money back since I never got the completed work in the end after all!

Within hours of making my complaint to their support, they fully refunded my money and cancelled my account. It's a pity, because their advertising gave me high hopes. Anyway, a company can be best judged on how they resolve their problems - and in this instance I am completely satisfied.
I have therefore elevated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I look forward to coming back some day and giving 5 stars - as others have done.
Since I was only generating 25 static web pages as a trial, I suspect there is possibly a bug in their system that needs fixing. I hope they do look into this, and make their billing more transparent and simple, because right now (as my bank will attest!) their billing tactics might be seen as highly questionable.
I was just on a SuperCool 2-hour webinar and it provided a lot of value on marketing concepts and also really did an amazing job of showing the value of their product and how it builds your website/marketing funnel for you. The technology is truly advanced and impressive.

Plus, I was able to ask the Agent for a estimate first on other projects, so I had a rough idea how many credits I was going to use. Perfect product. Last week I attended a Super Cool Webinar about developing prompts to create a perfect DFY ebook -- it exceeded my expectations as the presenter had previous experience with writing best selling books the "old fashion way," and then modernized the process with technology.
