Yo Nita, CSR who helped us did not waste anytime. She took her leadership status to another level by staying on the phone with our agency and uploading a rush quote as bound via the Progressive. This allow a young couple to proceed to DMV for some renewal stickers for their new Isuzu NPR UT. (They are in the landscaping and tree business). I was honest in telling her I was not sure if I should keep my membership with Superior Access/ Bolt active givin a few new clusters or aggregator. But this really put things in perspective and back to basics while utilizing modern tech. Thank you.
