What people say
Look at diamond sizes in person at jeweler before ordering or you’ll be disappointed.
Order was expedited in a short amount of time. Diamond appeared much smaller than expected.
Paid extra to have it delivered on…
Paid extra to have it delivered on Friday but it never came. Called and was told that they would refund the shipping but then sent me an email stating that they couldn’t because it takes 3-5 days to make the jewelry. I tried to explain that my confirmation stated Friday delivery but they wouldn’t budge. She kept saying the piece wasn’t even made yet, only for me to get it the next day on Saturday. I tried giving them a chance to fix the issue before leaving a review but they weren’t having it. Other than that, no issues
One very satisfied customer A+ customer service
Karen G. from Superjeweler gave me personal service that was outstanding. I am so impressed with the customer service that I only felt it necessary to write a review. Everything was as promised and she helped me even step of the way. It is unusual to find customer service associates such as Karen G. with such professional candor, her actions merit praise. I have made well over 40+ purchases from this company and will continue to do so based on the customer service. Thanks for an A+ piece and a job well done!
