Do not buy from this website. They didn’t delivered my chain in 3 weeks and now they are not refunding. They say they will expedite refund but it’s been more than 50 days. I wrote several emails they responded but always say sorry and will expedite refund. Today it’s gonna be my last email .if they do not give my money back, I will go ahead and ask my bank for dispute!! Headache 🤕
I ordered diamond earrings. They look nothing like the advertised item. The setting is flimsy, the stones are loose, and they probably aren't even real diamonds. Tried reaching out for a refund, but my messages don't go through. Scam site!!
I placed my order on 06/06/2026. After a couple of weeks, I used their chat to ask them about my missing package, they said there was a delay issue but it will be shipped in 5-7 days, another 2 weeks pass by, I reached out again and they said it will be shipped in 1-3 business days, now a month and a half later, a different rep says it won’t even be shipped until after 07/17!! Different story each time. I didn’t receive an email or text telling me about the delay. Thankfully I have screenshots of each conversation. Now waiting on my refund
BUYER BEWARE i ordered a ring which was horrible sent it straight back, was told my refund would be processed straight away, 6 weeks later and i have had to do a charge back on my card as i still have not received the refund and they have stopped answering my emails, rubbish company appalling customer service
I wrote a review on the merchandise I received and I was contacted by their representative who offered to replace the the studs I purchased. The earrings broke after 2 months of wearing them, so I was offered replacement but its been about 5 weeks with no response and no replacement, the worst experience by far I don't know how they are in business.
Getting a refund has been a complete pain and the service has been extremely bad. With the refund, I am still waiting for quite some time to be sorted out, as they haven’t properly refunded me as they left me short. Tried contacting several times about it, no response!
I had a layaway order that I paid $800 on that I had to cancel for personal reasons I was told they are taking 10% from the purchase price as a cancelation fee and will refund the remainder in 5-7 business days, it has been two weeks and still no refund and I was told it was getting expedited and now they won't respond.
I cancelled two orders and contacted the company. They informed me credit would go back to my card. Weeks passed and no credit. I called and corresponded with the company. Still no credit. Definitely do not recommend
I bought a pair of Moissanite studs and after 2 months they broke. looking at the quality of the studs and I was very disappointed

The product I ordered is excellent but the service 0. I did not receive the appraisal value certificate with my order and have spoken with suppliers and email many times, each time they inform me that I will get it soon As of today I still have not received my appraisal voucher. The company stated that I would after they read my review. Again. Customer service is at theBOTTOM!!

I received my earrings promptly. They are beautiful, however the posts are very difficult to insert into your ear. Once they are on, they are also difficult to get off
