I would actually give a 4.9/5. Ordering was smooth. My item was delivered promptly enough. It arrived in good condition. The item was of the quality described. The only thing that was not accurate was the stone that was pictured was not color correct to the stone I received. The picture showed a deeper hue than it actually was. But, for the cost, it was certainly satisfactory.

I ordered a time-sensitive item that was advertised with a December 16 ship date and expected delivery by December 24. After the order failed to ship on time, I contacted SuperJeweler multiple times and was repeatedly assured it would still arrive by December 24. However, USPS did not receive the package until December 23, making on-time delivery impossible. I was also told a supervisor would contact USPS to expedite the shipment and follow up in writing, which never happened. I sent follow-up emails requesting clarification and a partial refund or store credit but did not receive a response. The item eventually arrived, but the delivery assurances were inaccurate and the lack of follow-through was disappointing. Buyers relying on guaranteed delivery dates for important occasions should be cautious. After receiving no communication or responses from email and phone calls I asked for a partial refund as they broke the contract of making sure i received the product before Christmas and lied saying the product has been shipped when it wasn’t. After not getting a reply back for partial refund and sending 3 emails I reached out to my credit card company they suggested filing a claim. If needed I have written proof from multiple super jeweler employees saying I will receive shipment before Christmas. There sales manager Jason is useless wouldn’t give me a number to call or when my call was transferred to him he didn’t return a single call and would respond with a email.

I just bought a wedding set that was on sale and I got a really good deal. Then I received the ring really quickly and was very happy when I opened the package. The wedding set is very nice. I really like it and glad I bought it. The set looks amazing. Anyone who buys this set will not be sorry.

So I had ordered a boho bracelet was very excited to be getting it.. So.. a couple of days went by and no email confirmation... So I emailed the customer service and the would give me a bullshit run around about how my order was on back order... I asked why didn't I get a text or email that it was on back order.. The bot that I was exchanging message with said that it would be shipped out sept 9, 2025. And we are in January.. So I sent another email saying I just wanted my money back or the item that I ordered.. It plainly told me that all they could do was give me store credit.. I was like cool but wait... I went to use the store credit and it would say wrong could.. So back to customer service.. That bot told me that, that code had expired and gave me another.. but wait I go to use it and bam code dont exist.. And back to emailing customer service.. And the bot on the other end sure didn't have could customer service skills, if you dont like working with the public, why are you working in this field 🤔.. but let me stop with that tangent. So what im getting at is this store is a fraud, should be shut down, and whoever own this company or the web page should be made an example of.. You are offering this items and not delivering... you should be ashamed of what your doing, but you're probably not... They say all thing come to an end... karam always wins..... disappointed and this is nothing but a scam...

I received an email from these thieves on January 12th. (Below) Hi 3044857 - 45.50$ Did you send all the items back to us? Thank You Jehan SuperJeweler.com 62 West 45th Street 2nd Floor New York,NY 10036 (Updated Review) They asked if the items were returned. They were never sent. I replied they were never sent and still have not heard back from them. THIS WAS A LEGITIMATE ORDER. I AM VISHAL TRIVEDI. These crooks think I randomly guessed the correct order number and made a fake review. Really Super Jeweler - do the right thing and refund the rest of my money. I am still owed $41.10. I don't want a coupon to buy other junk from you I want my money! Not trying to hurt your ratings. I want to inform the public of your shady business practices and TO NOT BUY from you. If you were just honest in the first place none of this would have happened. Return my money. (Original Review) Ordered end of July. They keep pushing back the shipping date. End of December pushed to 2026. I was refunded $45.50. They stole from me. The correct refund amount is $86.60. Awful customer service. Deceptive marketing and ordering practices.
