I recieved the wrong item
I recieved the wrong item, I have sent 2 messages before now to try and get it fixed and so far this is the only correspondence this company had made in return. All my future purchases will be done with a competitor, and I will be a vocal advocate against this company for all my friends and family. Completely dissatisfied.

I ordered the black lava rock planter
I ordered the black lava rock planter. I was very disappointed with the color. It is definitely not black and it isn't a natural stone. It appears to be a gray concrete color mix of some sort poured into a mold. This product is not as advertised.

Good afternoon. I ordered the preserved sheet moss but it is way too loose. I won't be able to use it as intended. I order moss through other companies and thought I would try Supermoss. It def doesn't have any sheet to it. Is this normal for your sheet moss?
Beautiful but smelly
Great price, beautiful moss, quick delivery. It does have a really strong chemical smell that I'm concerned about. Moss in the craft store doesn't have a smell. I've never bought bulk before. Hopefully it airs out?
