I ordered a 25-pack bamboo plant stakes but only received an 8-pack. It worked out fine for what I needed but the quantity didn't match the item description.

Product was great and shipping was good but I order a bunch of reindeer moss different colors as samples, to see how they looked in person. And none of them are labeled with the color. So black is easy but others look very similar and if I dont know what the color was to re order the product.

Received a damaged empty box. I reached out to customer service via email several times with no response.
When I received the wrong order
When I received the wrong order, I called and was treated professionally. I was asked to photo what I received and email it. My original order was reordered and I was told that I would receive a label to mail back the incorrect order. As it turned out, I received an email stating to keep the wrong order and I would be receiving my original order soon. Everything was handled well. I would definitely order from this company again. Customer service was outstanding!
