I love this app
I love this app. I found it when I needed a refresher for my book club book. I love that you can get character descriptions that don’t give away the story. MIT is a wonderful support for audible book especially. Easy to use. I do wish they had a family share option. Easy to use, but apparently tied to my specific iOS device.

10/10 Customer service
I used this service once in 2024 and did not realize I had signed up for the annual subscription. When I received an email regarding the annual renewal payment, I reached out to the company to see if I could cancel and be refunded since I have yet to use the service again. In less than 24 hours, I received a response that it was cancelled. I emailed again to ask for the refund and within 12 hours I had received word it was handled along with the PayPal notification. I honestly can’t speak on behalf of the service itself and what it provides, but they will get a 5 start review from me based on customer service alone.

NOT IMPRESSED -- YET!
I did not like the questions you listed for the book I was planning to discuss. I had planned to quit before the 6 or 7 day trial period was over. Unfortunately, I had computer problems and had to bring my laptop in to be diagnosed and repaired, By the time it was returned, your trial period had ended. So I have paid the $60 and will try once more to get some help with discussion group questions. Will let you know if my experience improves. Esther Littmann
