Surprise Castle

Not Sealed

It came within a reasonable time(a week). Good condition. Price is good. My only complaint that I have is, I wish and was hoping it would came seal. Otherwise I would of given it a 5 star rating.

Package received safely

Package received safely, nicely packed. A++ seller.

I love the book I ordered

I love the book I ordered. It came just when Surprise Castle said it would!

I'd Order Again

Order arrived in great time and in excellent condition. Very pleased!

Great Business

CD was as described, got to me fast and packed well! Thanks

Wasn't exactly what I expected

It turns out the book I ordered and received is actually designed to teach Chinese. When looking at the online description it seemed to indicate that it was designed to teach a Chinese speaker English. It may be usable in a reverse mode to teach English to a Chinese speaker.

Great product and on time

Great delivery and packaging. Perfect

I thot the service was outstanding in all respects. They kept me abreast of all the movements being done regarding my order. Upon receipt of my order, I promptly thank them via e mail for their outstanding service. I look forward to submitting future orders to Surprise Castle.

I was initially skeptical

I was initially skeptical about placing an order because books I was interested in were the cheapest I've seen an online retailer have. I have nothing but good things to say about my order, though. I had a slight hiccup at checkout, sent a message to customer support before placing my order, and they resolved my issue almost immediately. The shipping was very fast and the items arrived much sooner than I expected and in great condition. I will absolutely be ordering from SurpriseCastle again.

The puzzle book arrived as expected

The puzzle book arrived as expected, firmly protected from damage. We have not yet worked on any of the puzzles as we have not completed our current puzzles; however, I was very pleasantly surprised to note that the print was large enough to be clearly seen and on a white background. No more squinting!!

Suprise Castle Card Tricks

The shipping was fast & the book I got on card tricks is Great! Easy to follow. You just need to put the work in to get the tricks down but that’s like anything practice practice. I have already got a few of them down in a short time with the practice. I would recommend Suprise Castle if you’re looking to improve or tricks or to gain knowledge of new ones. Will be ordering again from them

This was the most unforgettable experience ever. I Had hoped for a better more put together structure. The team was not in the best of spirits for customer service on any level. The atmosphere was very heavy almost suffocating in nature.
