It is okay. Don't like it when I go thru a lot only to receive 100 points. And sometimes I get nothing and or it says that I already took the survey and I didn't but it still stays as open. I enjoy doing it but sometimes it is very frustrating.

I often screen out of surveys after spending a great amount of time answering questions. That is very disappointing. I honestly don't even know if I have ever received any type of points/compensation at all. I've been doing surveys for quite a while, but I never seem to be able to make it to the end before I screen out. I don't understand how I can spend 10+ minutes answering questions only to be told that I don't qualify.

I been a member for just short of 2 years. Over that time period, I had 2 minor issues. They were quick to respond and empathetic about the situation. I also appreiate that they took full responsiblity for the issues and were quick to make it right. As far as surveys go, they are varied and I'll be honest here, some are more intersting than others but that is a reality in doing surveys. They also reward you better than most other survey sites and are quick to payoff once you request a payout. This is a brief snapshot of their latest response. "We apologize for the late announcement regarding the Mother's Day Promotion.We replied to your inquiry on Thursday and also manually added 3,000 points to your account that day." So I would highly suggest you join and do a survey as your time permits, you will find it quite rewarding.

It has interesting questions. Rewards are reasonable, but I wish it would include gift card to Amazon. Rewards are delivered in a timely fashion.
